Hope Law Chambers (HLC) is a law firm founded by Barrister Steve MASSIEGMO, Attorney at law registered at the Cameroon and Rwanda Bars Associations.

Its headquarter is in Kigali, Rwanda, but the firm is expanding its activities to other countries, including Cameroon, where we have a representation office since 2023.
