Hope Law Chambers (HLC) is a law firm founded by Maître MASSIEGMO Steve. Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda, the firm is working on expanding its activities in other countries, notably Cameroon, where the opening of an office is imminent.
HLC was founded in a spirit of hope, progress and the awakening of African youth, which possesses an inestimable amount of talent.
